Bit odd to have one fuse for a neutral light isnt it? Everything else works except the green neutral, could it be a bulb? Are these leds?

No, maybe, yes.

Could be the Gear Position Sender is not grounding properly. LEDS do not fail often. Earth faults however are commonplace.

that is the main fuse.
u will have to cut it out and replace it with a maxi fuse (30amp) connector (upgrade).
it would be nice to know the year and the model of your bike.
