Clearview 19" Screen

Does anyone have any experience with the Clearview 19" screen with the upper recurve option. I'm 5'9" and trying to alleviate the stock screen buffeting on my 2008R3T. I prefer to look over the screen and think the 21" screen will be too high for my height. I believe the stock screen is 16" and I'm not sure if another 3" will help but the recurve is supposed to add another 1.5"-2" of airflow protection according to the Clearview website.
 
I am around the same height as you, and wanted a little taller windshield, so I got the exact shield your talking about, in the tinted version with the recurve and I am very happy with it......Enjoy
 
Our Clearview screen is 20" with the recurve made for a summer screen frame. We bought the vent also. We are 5'7" and get a bit of minor buffeting, most noticably into a quartering headwind. For the most part, very happy with the screen.

We trudge on.

Keep in mind, you can cut down the Triumph tall screen to whatever size is more comfortable to you. I did this myself earlier this summer and it was a piece of cake. It looks like it was never cut. I think I took something like 2 inches off. I still have the smaller screen and do use it in the summer. I do get some beffeting but if I slouch a bit in the seat, it is liveable. When it cools down, I use the cut down taller screen. If you prefer to stick with a Triumph screen, consider the option of cutting it yourself.
