Carpenters Question

I have a 2010 Touring with a bad motor. Trying to decide what to do with it. I thought about parting it but also considering shipping it to Carpenters. Has anyone sent them a non-running bike to have the performance enhancements done while they do a general engine rebuild?

If this were an abs model its what I would do. As it is, I dunno if it’s worth the trouble and expense. Any thoughts?

My experience with Carpenter has been nothing but excellent. I imagine it's definitely worth a call to them to inquire and they'll tell you if it's something they can handle. I have enjoyed every mile I've put on my bike since they worked mine over.
