Bear attack

Last year in June, my wife and I were going on a ride called "Ride for Eternity" an event for Adult and Teen Challenge of central Canada. I left the bike near the house so that it would be closer to load in the morning. When I came out, I was astonished to see my bike on its side

I had half a bag of nuts inside the breast pocket of my leather jacket, which was inside my trunk. A bear ripped off the trunk from the bike and dragged the trunk down my driveway. Scratched the windshield with his claws and jumped up and down on the bike scratching the tank and fenders. What a mess.
Here is the bike now after getting it back from the shop

Now that he has found out that he can't screw it he will be back tomorrow to ride it be sure to leave the keys in the ignition

Bears are very interested in foam rubber. I had a bear climb my tree and knock the stand to the ground and proceeded to chew the seat to shreds. I wasn't there. Just found the evidence. He did end up eating one of my arrows. Laid down and had a dirt nap.
