Those big stock pipes really don't have much of a throaty sound. I still don't understand why they cut the ponies by 36 either. On the positive side, I do like the bags and it does have good lines. Still on the fence and need to see one close up. I see Triumph is starting a reservation program through the Dealers to order yours now. Go for it Jack.

I'm sure that they "cut down" the ponies to extend the fuel... 30-35 mpg isn't very good for a "touring" bike.

I'm still of the opinion that they are doing a disservice by introducing this "attempt" at a touring model.
