Welcome Rocket Bob. I've been on the this Rocket sight for a while reading as much as I can on the Rocket . I do not have a Rocket yet but I hope to have one in the summer time . I love your Green Rocket I have never seen one that colour must be rare. Was there only so many that was painted that colour? There's orange colour with a black Tribal it look really sharp in a picture. Has any one see one up close does it look just as sharp as in a picture? That's another colour you don't see to much where there only so many painted that coulour as well as the Green colour?

Thanks for the Tip Has any one seen a orange Rocket with black tribal it looks sharp in a picture. But does it look sharp up close? Is it a colour that they didn't do a lot of is that why you doun't see that much of them? Or is it because it's a ugly colour up close?

I was told by my Triumph dealer that they had five Rockets custom painted in the USA. I got the green one. I really do like it. If you have not purchase your rocket yet, I highly recommend taking the test ride and I think you will be sold. I have not yet seen a orange one yet.

Rocket Bob, I have taken one for a ride and I am sold but My wife said I can't have two bikes . So I need to sell my Honda VTX 1800 that I did a lot of custom work on it this time of year is not good to sell a bike so I might wait untill summer or I might luck out on a trade in at a dealership and trade in on my bike with some cash and hopfuly I could get a Rocket that had some work done so I don't end up looseing to much on my VTX. I love black but so many people have black. I've seen the Bule and yellow and the grey that you don't see much off. But the Orange with black tribal I only seen a picture off. And your green looks sharp as well but I have only seen the picture of a peace of your Green Rocket. Do you have a picture showing your complet Green Rocket?

Hondax and Tom thank you for my defense. If I was thirthy years younger, female, and alot prettier than I am now, who knows, you don't see many knights in shinning armor now days. Now for a little rebuttal. Yes I was kidding, but I am old and I do lie, but only to my cat. It dosen't work with the wife and dogs, they have my number. The cat on the other hand is easy for example, "I told you we were going to the vet to get TUTORED," and yes you are a pretty kitty, 12 years old, missing one top tooth, and fur like carpet in an abandoned Grey Hound Bus Station. You see Cane Corso, that's why I enjoy this site. If you read between the lines, there are people who post here from all walks of life, but we all have one thing in common, a sometimes temperamental, blindlingly fast, fat bottomed British beast called a Rocket 111. When discussed, it is sometimes with humor, sometimes with alittle cursing , but always with a great deal of knowledge from the folks who are different enough to ride one. I have gleamed more useful info from this site since I bought my bike, than from any other source to include the dealer and all other Triumph resources. There I am going to put my soap box away and just let me say, when you do get your R/3, have fun and yours is going to be really fast since you don't have the added weight of a sense of humor.
