Hello ! advice to all !
In our Forum here in Austria and Germany we discuss a big Problem with the propellershaft. It is important to check the "connection from the propellershaft to the rear wheel" it is simply there are only 4 screws ! You can do this allways if you change your rear tire. In some (older?) bikes it is completly dry and rusty see the Pictures as Attachment !!
Greetings from Vienna Peter !

I think I remember seeing a similar post about the rust - I think someone said it is dried grease.

Change the rear tire; coat the spline with a good molybdenum grease. The R.H. photo shows spline damage, they should fit nicely, a smooth slip fit. I believe a good grease has a 60% plus moly. content.
