Folks can hook up where and whenever they wish for as long and far as they wish.
Would take a fair bit of organizing though.

Like it.......As I cannot attend too far away this is a great opportunity to meet up for a day or two in an area closer to my state. This could change the way rides are organized!!! Kudos!

Why not have a volunteer Captain from each area plan that segment. That way R3Tex will not have to all the work

Perhaps between the Tennessee and South Carolina factions of the C. C. and myself, we can put something together here in the hills in the fall when its nicest but be fore warned of hotel pricing here goes up just before the leaves come down. If its just a weekend gig like you say. Let er rip. Mully, Rainman, STB..........lets text this out. Food, rides etc. Y'all can talk to Rob and Gabbi.

I will volunteer to coordinate the overall effort, but we do need a Captain to volunteer from each area to handle the local ride details (thanks @vanguard138 ) and assist with lodging, etc. First things first...where does the ride start and stop? If I get to pick it will of course start somewhere in the great state of Texas. Any other votes?

This is starting to look like the Olympic Torch run...I'm all for it. I can't enough time away from work to go to RAA but to have the opportunity to hook up regionally would be very feasible and a lot of fun.

@breeze ...you being the first to offer, you just picked the direction. Ok kids here's the route so far...ride starts in Houston, TX out through the hill country to big bend park to El Paso then hand off to breeze who will set up the next leg. Ok breeze...its all yours
