A nice Ride in Sunny Florida

I'd like to have a go at moving to OZ permanantly. Where is the best place to live for a Trucking Logistics job and a College Professor job? Not really into high density population areas.

Anywhere along the East Coast .. or along the bottom end of the West Coast , job wise. Whole country is beautiful , obviously staying away from the capital cities if in deed 'high density' is a concern. There again our high density is probably not the same as in the US.

Just didn't want Ray getting upset when his application was rejected on "he's as mad as a two bob watch" grounds

Or Tasmania.

Glad y'all like the pics!

Not trying to pick on the folks that live in colder locations; just sharing some sunny day goodness.

Take care all,

We will be headed down to enjoy some of that sunny day goodness shortly...departing Houston on the 2nd

Im reading this as the house heating comes on, then I look out the window to see how much ice needs scraping off the car

Yeah Steve, we have blue sky down west, but the sun juss skips across the horizon, and yer couldn't light a candle from it..... most of us over here can only dream of riding in such wonderful sunshine and scenery..

I saw 3 'Brass monkeys' wrapping insulation to each other this morning

Yep, Central Florida is nice. Good roads, nice shaded areas, good restaurants. My personal favorite is the ride along A1A from Jax to Daytona.

Do you guys positively try to piss us of here in UK? Still it just means taking more care in the winter, but that frost & snow on the ground makes for some bloody marvellous views. Great photos & I'm very jealous of you & that awesome looking riding country.

I'm glad y'all are enjoying it.

We'll be out and about again this weekend.

Happy New Year to all!

Well I guess this year started well enough, just got home from a days ride with 4 others & what a great day we had, won't bore you with details but it was bloody cold out there but as one guy said, it's the first ride he's had when it's cost him more in tea & coffee than its cost in petrol. He needs to hang around with us a bit more.
