need advice on 2009 rocket III

Hello! I'm looking to buy a Rocket III . Can anyone tell me the invoice price for Texas dealerships? Is there anything that I should consider before buying a 2009 Rocket III ? What makes a Triumph the choice of all you riders ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry no invoice. Rockets pull like a freight train, their a blast to ride. And they're not V twins.:D

Their fun and different. I'm pleasantly surprised when ever I see another Triumph out on the road, much less another Rocket. 26,000 trouble free miles, thus far.

The power and the fact that you are riding a unique bike...not many on the road compared to alot of other types and definitely none with the displacement.

thank you for the encouragement and responce. please help me find an invoice price for Louisiana and or Texas dealerships.

If your desire isn't a cookie cutter motorcycle then the Rocket is the preferred choice. The Rocket is just as much at home with the HD crowd as the rice crowd. It bridges the gap between HD fanatisism and dyed in the wool rice bikes with something different and unique.

Thay aren't for everyone but if you are that special person, the Rocket is for you.

You may want to look up different dealerships online and find their "starting prices". After you have looked at a few then call the ones that are closest and see how "movable" they are on the list price. I basically worked with about four dealerships till I settled on the one in my own backyard. NOTE: Not all Triumph dealerships are created equal, and some will bend a lot more than others. I was happy with the price I paid and that is what will count.

Since Triumph dealerships are not all that common you may have a problem with getting someone to report in on prices as generally a dealer is going to want to make sure you are serious about buying a Rocket (or any bike for that matter) before they start knocking off the price of the bike..."usually" if you are perceived as being a serious buyer they will start moving on the price.

You may have to make some road trips to see what is out there.
