Well i was just curious because everyone I have spoken to in the area is familiar with power commander only

Ok so that being said I would flash the ecu with what changes you want to make before they tune it. Say speed limiter, rev limiter, de-restricting the timing if you want and opening the secondary's Upping the idle a little to say 925 and the correction of the speedo verses what tire you are running. Then let them mess with the fueling.
