    Luggage rack WITHOUT passenger backrest??

    2014 RIII Touring: I want to install a rear top case, but need to keep the luggage rack installed and remove the passenger backrest. I just found that the backrest posts serve as the nuts for securing the rack. Are there any inserts available to mimic the backrest posts, short of cutting them...
