    Luggage rack options

Well, here we are, several years later and I'm still looking. Does anyone know of anything? I've been looking but still can't found anything.

    Helmet Lock?

    > Do you think the triple tree lock stops anyone? Arr, well yes. It's not that they can't be defeated, it's that it makes it harder. ...like they're going to need to be carrying around a pair of bolt cutters or something... If you believe locks are pointless just because the LPL can pick them...

    Helmet Lock?

That T-Bar is intended for helmets with quick release mechanisms. This video demonstrating the HelmetLok product shows it well: You will have to carry the T-Bar with you somehow but it should fit in that little compartment under the seat. It's a bit of a hassle but is an option.

    Helmet Lock?

How'd you go with your Barenders? I looking at getting a set myself and am deciding between the LidLox and Barenders. What makes you say the LidLox are inadequate? They look all but identical to me: 🤷‍♂️

    Floorboards/Footboards on a Rocket

Still looking I'm afraid. It amazes me that such a luxury machine, clearly used for knocking down miles, still doesn't have some aftermarket solution for what is basically standard on all "dressers". ...or at least nothing I can find: 😔

    Floorboards/Footboards on a Rocket

While I see plenty of products for the previous Rocket III I'm yet to come across anything for the 2.5L Rocket. Has anyone fitted footboards to their R3?

    Luggage rack options

I'm after a luggage rack to go behind the pillion seat (sissy-bar). I know triumph make a fine looking rack but they charge an exorbitant amount and from what I understand only rate it to 3kg: 😲 I am also aware of the XL rack by LaMonster, which would be find but for the fact you need to order...

How to carry wet weather gear on Rocket 3

Well, just ordered a set of those Hepco&Becker Buffalo's along with the accompanying C-Bow brackets. Hopefully they all go on without too much difficulty. I'm a little uneasy about needing to drill out the plastic and asked if the shop would be willing to fit them for me. They said normally...

Ways to disable need for Clutch to start bike?

Yup, I had exactly the same issue when I first got a clutch-sensor bike. For me that was a Suzuki M50 about 10 years ago and yeah, I have to say I hated it! Prior to having a clutch-sensor my standard practice was to walk to the bike, carrying my helmet with gloves in it and keys in the other...

How to carry wet weather gear on Rocket 3

Why thank you @SPWL, those Hepco and Becker offerings look really promising. I'm very much liking the look of both the Buffallo and the Orbit Case system. I will look more into it when at by PC again but I must say I'l liking what I'm seeing here on my mobile: 👍

How to carry wet weather gear on Rocket 3

Have I ever. Have spend hours and hours searching, days probably and been to the local bike shops several times. Unfortunately with the exception of the Corbin saddle bags there is nothing that is much good, and those Corbin's are just too **** pricy!!! There's only one importer here in...

How to carry wet weather gear on Rocket 3

You mean like a regular backpack? Sure I could ware a 🎒 every time I ride but the idea is to store the gear on the bike to save carrying it with me every where I go. Or do you mean something else?

How to carry wet weather gear on Rocket 3

I'm the proud new owner of a Rocket 3 GT and while very impressed by the bike itself am underwhelmed by the luggage options. In particular I'm wanting to work out a way to carry wet weather gear with me but am less than impressed with the options I can find. At present I'm thinking of ordering...

    Dash warning symbols

Okay, after a bit of searching I found what appears to be a similar looking symbol for BWM dashboards: Apparently this means: "Exterior Light Fault" Is there really nowhere that these symbols are listed?

    Dash warning symbols

Yeah, it didn't seem to, or at least I don't remember it. I was trying to work out what it was at the time and if it described it's meaning (and I understood what it meant) I would have seen it. All it seemed to say was "Press OK" to clear. The same symbol appeared in the top warning circle on...

    Dash warning symbols

By the way, when I parked the bike it was making a strange melted plastic smell. I though it was probably nothing but just want to find out what the warning was to be sure. My best guess was that it was possibly a fuel injection symbol or something. Does such a symbol exist?

    Dash warning symbols

It's definitely not the "key fob out to of range" issue (I've seen that one) and it doesn't look like what I would imagine a battery low symbol to be like. I did have a low battery when I first bought the bike but haven't actually seen the warning. As it is I can't even find what the "key fob...

    Dash warning symbols

I've looked through this handbook and the symbol isn't mentioned. Is there a different handbook?
