  1. Hepco & Becker bags

Anybody had any experience with the Hepco & Becker hard bags for the R3? Aside from a rhinocerous being the perfect emblem for this bike, it's the only manufacturer I have found that has a dedicated mounting system for the Rocket. I'm thinking about the 40 liter Junior side bags and a Journey...
  2. Triumph a Show No-Show

I went to the Cycle World motorcycle show in San Mateo about 10 days ago, and for the third year in a row Triumph was not there exhibiting its products. This is the biggest national show, it travels to eight or ten cities drawing thousands of paying visitors at each location and Triumph has...
  3. What will you do for Earth Hour?

Our webmaster invites us to participate, so what I plan to do is take a motorcycle with an obscenely large engine and spend an hour converting fossil fuel into thrust. But I'll try not to enjoy it.
  4. Touring footboards-No more chicken strips!

  7. Update on my accessories saga

I bought my R3 on 4/26 and a long list of accessories at the same time so it all went into the purchase price for loan purposes. The dealer told me all the stuff had arrived, after almost two months, so I took the bike in yesterday to get it put on. Oops, guess what, Triumph sent the wrong...
  8. Doing it my way

Hey everyone, just bought a black 2007 R3 that I am optioning up as a fast long distance bike. I got hooked on the bike about a month ago when I was on the Aerostich Japan trip. I had originally rented a Scrambler, but the guy who rented the Rocket was totally intimidated by the bike and we...
