    Exhaust can discoloration??

    Has anyone had a problem with the factory cans having what looks like discoloration? My right side can near the passenger footpegs and on the side has a round spot about 2". Looks like heat color and is not something melted to it. Another problem is the passenger peg is too close to the pipe...

    OK. 300 mi. update. Torque- pulls like an evil tractor Hp- 0 - 100 ( stays with my son on a cbr600rr) Appearance- Love the lines. Bad- Electrical tape on the wiring underneath the gauges. Horn is pathetic!!!!!

    The bike is almost 200 miles away so it just isn't practical to return for first service unless there is something done above and beyond a normal service

    Hey Ya'll

    thanks to everyone so far. I've been leaning toward a 2013 roadster new. I have sat on one and compared the numbers to the old vtx. It seems to be a great upgrade. I can hardly wait to ride it. I have a test ride coming and will probably purchase it after the ride.
