The Moki Dugway had some fresh repairs from wash outs. Loose deep gravel is not the rocket's friend.

Roadrunner ... the Coyote is after you. :whitstling:
Ha Ha, its not the coyote, its the giant rain storm that's going to make me miss out on riding the million dollar highway in Co. I have to hold up here in Cortez. Waste some time tomorrow riding around here. And try to bail out on 40 east Thursday morning.

Where do you call home base ? It seems you are coast to coast in your travels . Do you carry a gas jug ? That 125 miles to next service sign would have me sweating bullets. Also you are the perfect guy to ask , how many miles do you get out of a set of tires ? Love this thread envy your travels wish you the best . Happy motoring .

I live in Ct. I brought 3 extra gallons with me for this trip. I think I'm at about 5 times now that I filled up with zero miles left on the range display. yeah, I would have been sweating too without the reserves. I scrubbed new tires (Exedras) the morning I left. So we'll see how they look, and the mileage ,when I get home. I think I'm at about 5300 so far.
