It's in the name.

So for anyone who knows Virginia hwys. Wytheville 52 into 42 into 100 into 635 into 18 at Paint Bank all the way to Low Moor. I64 into Lexington.

There I met a dude at the bar who also has done a coast to coast ride. He overheard me sharing a little of mine. He asked where I was going and told me the best highway to take is 60. Will be back to ride more of these hwys in southwestern Virginia.

Alright. So last I posted I was in Virginia. changed my oil and filter at my buddy'shouse. 6k miles mark, I know the actual service manual calls for at 10k, but thats a no for me. Maybe if the *****measuring competition continues. Well anyways... left Bumpass, Virginia on the 18th. Took back highways (533 most of it) all the way up to Huntington, PA. stayed at a campsite on the lake. Seven Points, check it out of you're in the area. Then continued on to Ithaca, NY. Area I grew up in. Been here visiting a few people. Now I will share how I have been living mostly. Tent living except when a big storm is coming. Best way especially when you want to stay on back highways.

Called a dealer in Schenectady, NY and scheduled a new pair of shoes install. The Exedras are down to the bars on the rear. So heading North East. Maybe slip up into Canada after the new tires get on...... ?
 
Well signed for my property Friday. Got a new set of Metz 888s on the scooter on Saturday at the dealership (had to get those miles logged in).Never again with Exedras. 7k miles and you couldn't see the wear bars anymore. Now I gotta head back to Colorado from NY. I think a 1900 mile road trip will be a good test for the 888s.
