The service light came on (A little light shaped like a wrench). It stays on. No service is near due. I have 1440 miles on it. This is after the break-in miles were completed & the rest of the service according to the owner's manual.

Go into your menu ....find 'Display setup'...scroll down..keep going and you will find your 'Date'...set that to be correct...find 'Clock' and set that to correct.
The spanner will disappear now if those settings were incorrect....your welcome.

I did just that and all my problems disappeared. I appreciate the help from everyone. I would probably have spent several hours trying to first scratck my head, then my butt. Thanks Again Russ in OKC, OK.

Do you have access to 'TuneEcu'?...You will need a 'Obdlink LX Dongle' so you can connect via bluetooth to your bike. Using this you can get into your ECU and turn off the service light by changing those service dates. If this bewilders you, your dealer can do it for you...failing this you may just need to put some tape over the 'spanner' on the dash so it dosnt annoy you looking at it all the time....There are some youtube videos of guys using the obd dongle to do this.

I thought I found an easy way to reset the wrench with this thing. But I think it works for every triumph motorcycle except the rocket. WTF
