OK GOC, we have place to stay come Tuesday the 8th and 9th. The rest of the pack will be arriving Thursday the 10th. We will move into house 22 at that time. We will have two extra days of riding! You will be ridding there following me on the right side of the road, 75mph, 6-7 hours. Your bike should be here by then. If it is not, we have a plan B. I plan drive/ride back to Houston, Monday the 14th and take you to the airport sometime Tuesday the 15th. 10/4?

For the rest of you'all, the reservation map posted is not correct. The place is booked for Friday 11th and Saturday 12th. As it looks right now everyone is covered. If you are not, speak-up to see if I can help place you.

Wilson, don't know about your plans yet.

Clint, I understand you have an unpredictable special delivery. Even I want to see those two babies. We'll see what happens.

That's it for now.

I assume we are riding in together. We could take the scenic route.
Yea, we ought to, haven’t planned a route, if you got one you’ve taken before and liked, show us the way. Who else might fall in with us? Rob @Claviger , @1olbull , when are you guys arriving? Maybe you can route yourself down through the middle of Okla. or North Texas and hook up with us?

I-44 south. No major city's and Smooth highway once you get out of Oklahoma.

What's up with all the Oklahoma riders anyway? Seems like half the forum is from Oklahoma.

So back in 1800’s during the Oklahoma land runs the men with the fastest horses had the first chance for the best and most land. Those people settled, prospered and spread their seed. Their progeny inherited the penchant for fast horses and were blessed with the means to acquire and collect them. The technology has changed but the disposition for fast horses remains, whether it’s flesh or metal means little.

That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it.

I'll be bringing along the "socially acceptable" muffler, so as not to make anyone's ride unbearable. I'll be arriving with Steve, whenever that happens to be, sent a text just now about it.
