Besides the real ones at least 20% more comfy and faster

To my knowledge, that orange color was only offered in the USA on bikes ordered with the tribal paint scheme. That paint scheme was only available here for a very limited period of time (2006-2007, I believe) on perhaps 2 or 3 other base colors, Mulberry Red, Pacific(?)Blue and Yellow?

I was lead to believe it was only available for the first year of production. Could be well out of the ball park on that one. I'll do some digging and get back to you on it.

Yes it was only offered for the first year, you couldn't order at all the following or even now.
I beleave mine was #4 I don't think to many people ordered it.
Because I think it was like $2,000 extra and I think no one wanted to order it because it was hard to see how nice this orange was. But I tell you every one that sees it always say how nice this orange is especially when the sun is beaming down on it.

Maybe yours is a 'fake' @canecorso You bought yours used didn't you? So never mind the BS your dealer may have told you when you bought it. No 2005 Classics would have come with those tins unless bought as an option and fitted during pre-delivery. Any Classic dated as made in late 2005 was possibly a 2006 model year version anyway. Same as my 12/2009 Roadster ABS is an Aussie spec 2010 model year version.

I’ve owned 2 of these Triumph Rockets orange tribal special edition. My first was a 2006 and current is a 2005. The guy who bought my 2006 still has it. I think he is still in Michigan. I’m in Iowa with the 2005. Pics of each attached
