    Is that right! I didn't know that! All I know is that the cat box acted as a big silencer after running it just through the down pipes :) Thanks for the info. A tune is still needed though.

    Hi all. Now I have got the beast running, I need a Tune ECU tune to work well with K&N individual air filters, a standard cat box and exhaust. I started it without the cat box and silencers.......................now that was a sound :) I have now fitted the cat box, big difference in sound...

    The photo was taken at Elvington Air Museum in Yorkshire. The DC-3 was also a non runner, but the volunteer crew have got both engines running now (after a few dramas and one fire). BTW, The Roulette Green Speed 4 was mine.....................and I'm the short bloke :)

    Boog, thanks for sharing that. I think that we all get submerged by our own 'issues' and forget that we are still alive and (generally) in one piece. So make the most of what we've got and don't stress over what we haven't got.
