M***erFing&%$$***@%#* nail in the BRAND NEW Excedra Max!

:) Maybe. but what I am saying is not about the position of the bike rather its about centrifuge force. But then again we all know that the earth is flat and everything they though us as kids turn out to be fake ;).

M***erFing&%$$***@%#* nail in the BRAND NEW Excedra Max!

It sounds like extrada maxes are nail magnet when new o_O. Happened to me too. plugged it once and rode it for couple thousand miles, started leaking again after very long and very hot day ride last summer so I plugged it again and put some ride-on. I always wanted to know has anyone...

Just a public thank you note to all knowledgeable active members and Scott specifically

I would just like to thank everyone who keeps this community alive and maintain the website. I specially would like to thank Scott (Warp 9.9) for helping me taking my bike apart and put it back together after a transmission failure/upgrade. His knowledge about this bike’s mechanics and technical...

    TuneECU -- HOW TO

@warp9.9 and @Claviger thank you both gentlemen. The popping was not bothering me (I actually liked it) but I read here somewhere that too lean can be damaging because engine runs hotter which again, based on my non-scientific method was proven to be the case. Anyhow its running ok now (I...

    TuneECU -- HOW TO

@warp9.9 Thank you. That does make sense. However; would that mean that the compression will go up in the cylinder (also better performance)? Again I know you are correct based on my own experience (engine was popping on deceleration after installing exhaust mods and after a 5% adjustment...

    TuneECU -- HOW TO

@Claviger Thank you, That sounds consistent with what everyone says here and on other forums. I was just curious for obvious reasons.

    TuneECU -- HOW TO

I am sure this question has been asked and answered but the search function on the forum "lets say it is not the greatest" If you are trying to enrich the mixture, would you crank up the "F Trim" or adjust the AF table? and if the answer is to adjust the "F trim", why doing so does not change...

    Aftermarket exhaust supertrapp setup

Did you change your map too? apparently (and I m no expert on the issue) if you open up the tail end you could be running lean because of the easier gas flows in general.

    Aftermarket exhaust supertrapp setup

So with the help of mully95 I bought and installed a supertrapp exhaust on my bike. For more on that you can refer to this thread: Anyone tried XB Extremeblasters? Originally I installed it without the mid pipe and with factory TOR map and it sounded great but I think the engine was running...
