    I had the same thing and it turned out to be the o rings around the gear sensor. Do a search and you can find several threads on it, it seems to be a more common issue.

Normally slip ons provide minimal performance gains, they certainly don’t affect fueling or require a remap, and mainly are just for different aesthetics and sound.
