    Broke a front fork

So, one of my front forks got crunched in a recent crash. It's the right-side outer tube. Am I better trying to replace just the outer tube and rebuild the fork (sounds more than my ability), or, should I just get a whole in-one fork? $400 vs $1200 on bike bandit + labor. Also, any issues...

    Remove front fender

It's less about planning to take it off, and more about having run into the back of a car the other day, and now it's crunched, and had to come off. Also have to replace a shock. But, having taken it off, I actually like the look. Maybe I'll cut up one to get a small one to protect the...

Fitting 4" lights into 4.5" driving light bucket

Genius - took me 3 mins to find what looks like I need: Grommet Mounts | Truck-Lite This is perfect: Flush mounts 4" diameter lamps in a 4 1/2" hole.

Fitting 4" lights into 4.5" driving light bucket

Hey guys, I ordered a knock-off Chinese set of Jeep lights - 2 7" LEDs, with 2 4" side lights. Gives me a regular headlight, with a spare and 2 lights for the fog/driving lights. Somewhere on here someone posted either these lights, or similar ones. However, I forgot/missed that the side...

    New Touring Roadster

+1 for no windscreen. I bought the bike with it, and it felt weird all the way home - no air movement, all calm and smooth. Immediately took it off and felt much better. It's sat in the side of the garage ever since.

    Helmet Recommendation?

Slightly more than my Arai - pretty much the same ball-park. 3.59 vs 3.61lb. And, 3.37 for the carbon. Not the lightest, but still a very compelling value.

    Helmet Recommendation?

I’ve had a couple of Arai’s, and crashed in one. Very well made, very comfortable. Not cheap. Not near your $800 limit, but still at the high end. Had an RX-Q, and a Corsair. Next time I’m buying I want an Icon Airframe Pro. From what I’ve read, Icon wanted to mature their brand and lose the...

    Rear Light bulb question

I cut off the original bulbs and used crimps or solder to join the new ones together.

    Rear Light bulb question

Also, had the same issue as you, it was an f’d contact with lose wires. Wiggling it worked till it broke totally. Got stopped by cops flt having it out at night (and speeding). Ordered a new rear light harness from bike bandit. The wires just run up under the rear wheel cover and plug in by the...

    Rear Light bulb question

To add a little more light I replaced my indicators with LEDs that have an outer red ring and inner orange. The red is always on as a rear running, and brightens when braking. Indicators flash the inner orange. Looks neat and three times the light backwards. These: GEN-200-RR2-1157™ Red/Red...

kawi supercharged tourer ups the game

Definitely need an H2 SX SE. it’ll replace my ZX-14R I crashed in Jun and miss. Although, I wonder about the position. One of the comments in the intro video said it’s more upright than the ZX-14. I found the position on it was amazing - very comfortable. Want to know how the two bikes will...

    ZX-14R whaat?

I had a ZX-14R, crashed it earlier this year, so had the choice of either the R3T or the Ninja in the garage. Personally, found the ninja very comfortable, much better braking, and great performance. I’m 6’3 and 225, and found the position on the ninja to fit me perfectly. Generally, the ninja...

I do. Not sure what the going rate is. $25? Shipping should be cheap, it's not that big.
