believe me REG,
I thought about it.
FRAME, Motor, my 70's style sissy bar and fat bob fender.
A chopper to be proud of for sure,
then I remembered,
I hated riding choppers.
Proper chopper MUST have a kickstart. That is non-negotiable. Since arriving and leaving somewhere is the only really fun time on a rigid, that exaggerated jump in the air, to bring a big boot down on the kick starter is a fashion statement that must be experienced! It is just plain cool. Period. (But you need the ignition all dialed in!! No good if the onlookers start to keep count of how many kicks it is taking by spelling it out, H-A-R-L-E-Y-D-A.. that's bad. )
I am living proof that is not the case, unfortunately. These, however, are not mine. Mine are black, and I made sure it went down on the left, thus saving the Preds and Supercharger. One has to get one's priorities right, even when crashing.
