You guys might also check the head stock bearings, or have them checked. I had to check mine right after I put new tires on back at about the 12,000 mile mark. My head stock bearing retaining nuts were LESS than finger tight. I honestly don't think the lock nut was ever tight from day one, and it just made it's way loose over time. They were spinning they're way off, leaving the front end just wobbling around up there. I completely removed the front end, cleaned and re-greased the head stock bearings and put it all back together, adjusting the retaining nuts properly and have not had a problem since. I'm at 43,000 miles now.
