Today I finally got around to riding my Touring to work. It has been about two and a half weeks since I last rode it. The reason I wasn't riding it was that a little over two weeks ago I came down with a pretty bad cold and finally this week I felt as close to being a 100% health wise as I have been since then.
Having had starting issues on my previous Rocket during cold weather I wasn't sure what to expect, turned the ignition on...started right up...a big improvement over past experiences.
In addition another change I have noticed is that I have not had the real "clunky" gear shifting experience that I have experienced in the past and I haven't even had my first service yet.
I am pretty pleased with the performance of this bike so far...good job Triumph on the improvements that have been done on this model since it was first released.
