Figured while the family is in Mexico for a month I could either sit around the house in my underwear all day.....

Or make good use of my time

So off came the windshield, Touring seat and luggage rack
And on goes the Roadster seat

I think she looks pretty good

Anybody have any suggestions on removing the marks left on the paint
From the rubber mounts on the passenger seat bracket?

 
Love the solo seat. What brand is it? And will it fit my touring?

It's the Triumph Roadster seat that originally came with the bike, I don't know if it would fit the Touring or not.....

The touring has one to I run it had same thing with rubber mount spots Jim you just got to rub it a lot with some lube I mean wax they will come out
 
That's a pretty motorbike. Always prefer the solo look.

We have similar rub marks from removing the pillion in our matt black paint. Nothing we have tried has helped. Frustrating.

We trudge on.
