What is this plug (on right rear of engine)

I think that I have a very minute (very tiny) loss off coolant coming out of this plug on the right rear of the engine's crankcase. I'm not sure what this plug is for; can it just be simply tightened a bit more?

The plug is in the very middle of the pic below:
 
That is just a plug for the water jacket, mine leaked a bit so I just tweaked it a bit and stopped the leak. It hardly moved when I done it but it worked.
