I saw this picture the other day and I have spent a lot of time on Google looking up different ideas I had with no success....anyway, this is why I have all of you smart people, what is this lower fearing called and where can I get one because I want one.

Several names...belly pan, chin spoiler, etc. Got mine from a guy in the UK, but I can't find the website just now. Pretty sure he goes by Evil Bob on this site. Try sending him a PM
 
I've always known it as a chin spoiler....personally I've never liked them, though may have some functional use. But there is only so far I am willing to go in the matters of function over form. Some people eat liver.....not me.
