Hi guys a couple.weeks ago I notice strange vibration throught footpegs and roar , I ride a 07 Classic with 5500 miles only, I talk to.a friend that is the actual mecanic for Triumph down here and he told me everything was ok, but my concerns didn t finish. Suddendly I realize that my original air filter haven t been change since the bike was bought that s five year ago....., so decided to put an K&N directly as replacement of original that is a piece of junk , everything has change since that really smooth driving, less heat and lower temperature and of course less down seat roar and vibration. Have any of you notice something similar?

No I don t ride dirt roads, but here in spring time we have a lot of polen comming from the trees and much dirt on the air flow , just to consider the original air filter is a piece garbage and should be replace al least every 2 years considering is clean at our sight , if not earlier

lol @ mouse, heard that happening a guy before on some other bike.

@ tekardi is the K&N is an oiled type?

mouse and nest was MIA long before bike cranked up.
don't want to offend any of our Buddhist friends,
so I won't say I killed it.
But he (or she, didn't inspect) decided to seek refuge elsewhere...
Cover is now mouseproof.
Took the old filter, the one he nested inside,
and cut a piece out of the side of it,
pop riveted it over the opening.
