Riding Motor Since 1950
My favorite part is that, post crash, the first thing he's thinking about is the bike, making a b-line to shut it off right after getting up.
If he was more attentive, doesn't it appear he could have slowed down more or swerved to either side?
The rider was going around a truck backing into a driveway and had his head up ass carrying that much speed all the way to impact and NOT slowing as he rounded the truck. Note the following riders were going much slower.
The cage was also making an improper right turn into the oncoming lane. It was likely turning left then changed it's mind.
Motor rider was proximate cause and turning cage contributory.
