I like the fact hardly anyone rides Rockets .. I don't need confirmation on my choice of motorcycle from others ... especially the mid-life crisis , weekday accountants and dentists that make up the majority of the HD riders these days. Dressing themselves up like quasi pirates on the weekend and hanging around their local Dealerships eating BBQ sausages and talking crap. My mates the head mechanic at local shop here and he can't believe the sort of blokes buying Harleys these days .. called in there the other day and spotted this clown taking his helmet off .. had a stick-on ponytail on his helmet .. mate reckons he sees them often.

Couldn't have said it better myself. That's the exact reason I ride it....well, that and the fact that it's a totally superior motorcycle to any other.

Thats about how I feel. I get sick of talking to pretenders who are too frightened to ride something the others are not riding.
