Like the classic question, "Do you have a drinking problem?" "NOPE, I drink, I get drunk, I fall down, No Problem!"

maybe you should start a new thread and then post a link from this to the new one, and get the mods to lock this.

Maybe two threads:
- Who has had repairs,
- Nothing but routine maintenance

And the first thread:
- have you had warranty repairs, no problem?
- Have you needed major repairs (not wear or crash damage), and it was not covered on the warranty.
- Not Sure (for those who have had NO Problems)

Obviously someone can do a better job of this than I just did, but you get the idea. Keep up the good work Dave, I think I am making this too complicated.

Just to be Clear on my comments:

My 2005 Rocket III has never been touched by a Triumph Dealer, the first owner had the oil changed at different dealer.

then I took possesion, and have done all routine maintence on my own.

any issue I've had I've fixed, because it did not seem severe enough to need assistance. ( loose bolt here or adjustment there etc)

I ride it hard, and also take good care of it. did the valve check myself at 10-20 thousand..

will be adjusting valve when I install a new cam soon.

Hey skip on your wifes 05 did they not do some sort of upgrade cause they did on mine along with some eng and trans work they put in a new drive shaft aparently it was mine that they figeurd out the some one had miss marked the new r3t shafts with the standerd r3 pn it was a big hold up on getting my bike back but its all good now have over 10000 k since it was done :D

No nothing done to hers except the initial oil change.
She only got it last Sept and it had about 7,500 miles on it already.
She does have the bypass, TORS and a Riken Raptor on it,
and its developed a miss between 50-60,
past that, it runs like a scalded ape.
Truthfully she hasn't run it hard enough or far enough YET to show any problems.
Think I'll take it to the dealer and see what, if anything,
has been done the guy might have forgot to mention when I bought it.
