Hello group, I need some assistance.

Bikes a 2021 rocket3 gt. Installed Penner tune a year or so ago. Had no issues and have been enjoying the tune, thanks to Penner and those who assisted back then. I connected tune ecu 6 months or so ago, no issues. I just tried the other day and I can't seem to get tune ecu to recognize the Bluetooth link. When I go to connect, or search and confirm correct model, then connect it comes up with a Grey dialog box asking to search for device. Nothing relatable to the obd link is listed. If I use oem software connection isn't an issue.

Any one else had this issue? Or suggestions why? Tune ecu is upto date, the link is upto date.

Thanks in advance guys

I think you are onto it here, however it says updated in the app... It was Aug 23 when I originally purchased. It's a 12 month sub right?
Sounds right. Check your hardware requirements in the latest app. It connects no problem with OBDLink LX or MX, I'm not sure what other bluetooth connections it will take.

everyone probably knows this but
i always have to have the rocket ignition ready to start b4 i could connect.

It occurs to me that whatever device you are using to run TuneECU should have a list of available devices it can connect to. Is your OBD bluetooth in that list? If not you may need to search for devices and re-establish the connection. Also make sure that the battery is on a tender and the headlight fuse pulled for max voltage on the battery. Finally try to connect after the fuel pump primes.
