**** nice looking Trike Tacker.
I am not sure how long you have been healing it takes a while for me because of the surguries and the rehabs it was a while before they released me. Not that it mattered as they kept me on pain killers for so long I was on the stead before I should have been. Can't say it hurt much I was tearing up the lortabs and vicodin bottle of 180 a wack. which is why I road and ingnored the pain.
Anyway I split the ball of my other shoulder when I was younger abot 20 years old they quit counting broken bones at 39 and said it was a mess ( never down hill race on a slalom course). Time does heal and medical stuff is bucket loads better now then in 1982. Do not give up hope I got it getting better as you go. AT least if you trike the beast and then it gets better you can buy another one and keep the trike to boot. Make sure you keep an eye on the meds as a lot of the narcotics have to much acetametaphe(tylenol) not good for the liver especially if you partake in alcohol. I do not drink anymore (unless there is some good corn squeezens around). Then I definetly do not drive.
Hpe it works out better then you or your doctor things many things can surprise you. If you were in Mississippi I could recommend a good Bone mechanic ( a regular dugie howser) had his medical degree before he was old enough to drink)
One more thing I have learned from breaking 85 bones in my life if your going to give the doctor a lot of money you might as well listen to him
Motor trike is a good old brand with a lot of experence. Only weak point I had woith them on my Godwing 1500 was they had . ddrum brakes. If they have gone overt to disc they would be a company to check out. BTW they have a rep of backing up what they sell.
I have had two trikes over the past 10 years. First was a 1500 Goldwing. . Had a good kit but came with drum brakes. rode it to Alaska, pulling a Quickcamp trailer. A bit underpowered. Wife was riding her sidecar.
Second one is a Honda VTX 1800 , with a trikeshop kit installed. Great rig. Went to Vancouver Via Calif . Took some steep grades , with wife on back ,And towing same trailer. Took hills like mountain goat . Still have it. Wife took it over .
Not all trike kits are the same. Some are junk. Also look for someone to assemble that has lots of experience behind him.
They are much easier to ride and control that a SC rig. Be sure too invest in new fork springs and easy steer.
