Thermo fan stopped working help plz

I had the radiator out to repair some damage last month. Didn't take the fan off the bike just left it hanging there and all connections intact.

Put the radiator back in and all seemed well.

I have had a few rides since and noticed the fan is not coming on at all... even when it is pretty hot?

Pulled the rad out again to see if I had pulled the wire or something similar, no all intact.. Checked the fuse and it is good, gave the fan a spin and the blades are free...

Any ideas guys?

do you have tune boy? If so have you tried the fan test on the tune boy dash? Thats the first check I would do. It must haqve been a pain in the ass pulling the radiator and leaving the fan as it is mounted to the radiator. You just unplug the fan and then pull radiaor and all. When you put the radiator back in did you blead the air out of the head? There is a blead screw right above the thermostat housing.

Just a thought, are the wires to the temp sensors plugged in?

The fan has a relay that may need checking.
