Good eye on that vintage Honda, Steve, but I believe that the Honda in the foreground is one of these rare birds: Honda Benly Touring 125(C92, CA92, & CD125) Benly Super Sport (CB92, CS92) Motorcycles
Here are two similar bikes that I tooled around on just before and just after I was licensed to drive:

The red one you posted looks the same as the one I posted, and the side covers of both are different shapes from the one in the original post.
Just sayin' . . .
 
The photos that I posted are two bikes that my family owned and I rode when younger, Steve. The link to those Benly Hondas has the only examples I could find with a left sidecover and some add'l bling that match the one in the foreground posted and pictured by the OP... they're very rare. If I'm right, and I believe that I am, it's a CB92 Benly Super Sport 125, which has a displacement of 124cc. The raised lip at the rear of its seat was the cincher for me.
