I got the chance to put about 100 miles on a T-Bird last week and while it's not a Rocket it is great bike. It rides really nice, but I especially love the rumbling the pipes make.

Does anyone know if I can get them for my Rocket?

Thanks

No Tbird accessories are interchangeable with the Rocket as far as I know... Where they the stock pipes (go past rear wheel) or the shorter TOR pipes they have for the Tbird...

If you drop a cylinder off the rocket and have a 270 degree crank and a set of those pipes yours would sound just like a T Bird, they are a very nice piece of kit though. I am still waiting on the first bigbore kit to come through the workshop. Wont be long............ 8)

I had test ridden the Thunderbird and really liked it. The handling is amazing, more like a sports tourer than a cruiser, and those shorter pipes do sound fantastic. HD must be cacking themselves.

When I did the sums on what it would cost for the big bore kit and all the extras on the T-Bird, I thought stuff it, don't do things in half measures. So I bought my Rocket and haven't looked back. (partly because if I turn my head at all, the wind blast will snap my neck).

The pipes are stock...

Guess I'll have to start looking for something that sounds like them...
