Speed Protection

+1. My experience is that if your detector goes off and tells you that tou have been hit with a laser its too late

If you were to ever ride through the nanny state of Virginia, you best remove it and pack it deep, deep into your saddlebags. It is illegal to possess a radar detector here and they will confiscate it as evidence. If you want it back, it will cost you more in storage and processing fees that what you paid for it in the first place.

For the uninitiated it is a device that can be used to detect police speed radar at a range that they can't detect you reliably so it gives you time to lose some throttle and avoid a ticket

Right---Gotcha, ---Mines called--- "Road-Angel"------------- Ta for answering.. Handy little gizmo eh?..

My recommendation is to go with the tried and true RightWrist Restrainer. That, excellent situational awareness and some good common sense is about as failsafe as it gets!!!:whitstling:

Put on a screen and saddlebags then the cops will think your a harley and know the radars on the fritz or it's the car nearby.
