You better get to the optometrist me thinks Brother, that is a built in soft mat section of the zip in bike cover. Probably to help the simpletons find the centre (notice the spelling - we still share a language if not a culture), before zipping themselves inside with the bike with the fancy swivel zip pulls.

The designer obviously thought he was making a fr*cking sleeping bag with built in mattress for fat foreigners and not a bike cover.
