Headed out for Yellowstone tomorrow after lunch so wish me luck. I'll have plenty of pics to post when I get back
 
Thanks Dave & George. I'm in Jacksboro about 2 hrs. into the journey. Next stop Wichita Falls, Tx.... The tornado capital, then to Childress for the night.

Went through five different states today. 552 miles today and my ass is sore. If you've never been down U.S 83, don't bother unless you love wheat fields. I think Kansas is right there with Texas in the " hotter than hell" catagorie. Made it to Julesburg Co.
 
Well, I'm in Tucumcari NM. The last leg of the trip tommorow. The ultra hot and boring ride through the Panhandle of Texas. Went as far north as Montana and have seen everything but snow. Had to cancle the Yellowstone portion of the trip due to snow. I'll post some pics later. Mount Rushmore was awesome.
