Secondary TPS issue... need some help

if i am in doubt about a tps before installing i plug it in an work the lever and read what voltage the scanner says.
if it works w/o mounting it should work mounted on the bike if it is mounted correct.

I had this issue when I first switched from stock to Triple K&Ns and Jardines. Turned out I used the wrong TuneECU tune.

Hey guys, I was able to fix this issue. Thanks for the quick responses. It wasn't very difficult once I had some proper instruction. Thanks again. Always gets me stoked when I can fix these things myself.
