At £200 a pop for a Metzler here in the UK i've done 3 in under 12000 miles I had no choice but to save money not sure what all the fuss is about it rides fine for me and I can still ride hard as my friends found out last week much to there disgust lol

yeah I'm on my second now and I run a 245 which some say is to wide all i can say is I have no trouble flicking it side to side and there ain't many round here that stay with me up the mtn twisties near here it definately sticks better to the corners than the metz ever did:D
 
Mostly the naysayers are the ones who haven't tried it,
or if the did, it was on a borrowed bike and they didn't like it
because the air pressure was wrong, or it felt different to them.
Admittedly it took me about 3 attempts to get the PSI right,
and about 30 minutes of riding it before I was comfortable on it,
but I see NO downside to it whatsoever.
