Roaster Rear Brake Fault

Just interested to know if any one, particularly out side of Oz has had the rear brake come on on its own on their Roadster? and more importantly what is the fix?

I have noticed my rear brake pedal has to be pushed down farther after installing a smaller front tire. Don't know if it is related or coincidental. I'll let you know after I go back to a proper front tire.
