Normal procedure with pinch type clamping is an even torque value on all fasteners in an 'X' pattern. Torque them progressively, that is if Rivco specifies a final torque value, tighten them in an x pattern to 75% of the final torque value and the go back and tighten them to the stated value begining with the first fastener tightened.
Just like wheel studs on your cage.
If there is no specified torque value, Triumph calls out 26Nm in the shop manual. I'm presuming that's a dry torque value, that is, no anti-sieze on the threads.
