Resetting Gauges

I have a GPro-ATRE mounted down on the lower tripletree to keep it low profile. Only after using it a few months did I notice the Clock, Trip Meters, and Distance to Empty readings always reset when I turn off the bike. I have the new tune downloaded from Tripp Performance, so the ATRE is set on "0". Is this suppose to happen?

I want to keep the GPro because I like to see I'm in top gear and not keep looking for 6th with my foot.
