Not sure when, but somehow, my rear left turn indicator (2025 storm GT) is loose. Guessing somebody bumped into it at the parking garage - no visible cracks/scratches.
I tried to tighten the 5mm Allen screw, but it just seems to spin without doing anything.

Any guidance on how to realign and tighten it?

Remove the allen bolt and inspect the threads on the mounting point. If they are galled or stripped that's a whole other problem than being loose. With the indicator off, thread the bolt back in and see if it is secure in the mounting.

I think the most likely scenario is someone loosened it to change or remove it and it's after coming free from the fastener inside. I think you'll need to take the whole thing apart. I had to replace an indicator recently. I removed the number plate bar and slash guard. Not that difficult to do just a series of torx screws

Ok - so there is a nut inside the plastic that is holding that screw in?
I actually think it's a small 90° angled bracket with a threaded nut. What probably happened was someone took the bolt out and when they pushed it back in they moved the bracket (or at least that's what I did😂)

The original bolts are too small... you need like a 1/8 more. I replaced mine after exhausting my limited bad words vocabulary trying to secure them again. They were m5 i think... I'll check when I get back home....
Seeing the picture again, you need to remove 4 bolts to get there removing the top part. 2 of those bolts are the ones im referring too

I cant figure out how to remove the top cover...
There are 2 hex heads behind the reflector (facing the tire) - supposedly M5 - but I don't think they are - m5 is too large and I can't seem to get any to fit... Ugh

Take the bar off from the diff housing. It makes it much easier to dismantle and reassemble. Sorry I can't remember the sizes and I'm at work till Monday morning
