Rear Main Seal - Additives?

Hey Warp, no it's up front. I put a used final drive on a few months ago. I thought it was leaking when I went to grease the spline. Could have been engine oil running all the way back or final drive oil running up to the front (doesn't seem plausible). Thanks for your insight.

Yes oil could work its way up there not sure how far . But to be safe if it were mine I would drop the sump pan the next time I changed oil and see if you have any unwanted bits in the rear left of the sump pan. The gasket is cheap.
