Rear caliper brace thing

If looking at reaction bolt there is a gap. No spacer for reaction bolt. Ofcourse axle has a spacer. This picture is reaction bolt and carrier gap. Normal

Its def the rection bolt that I'm unsure of.
All the spacers are in the wheel as should be.
Just the gap trow me. The bolt sits in the carrier with no movement and bolts up to sing arm nicely. Looking at the bolt it does seem to be strengthened or reinforced.
Iv run the bike just up and down my road the brakes working fine with no movement that I can feel or see after.
